WATCH: “Game For Cats” For iPad Is Exactly What It Sounds Like

Nate Murray has designed a game for the Apple iPad called “Game For Cats” [iTunes link]. It is a free app with the full game as an in-app purchase. The point of the game is to have your cat smack the red dot that is moving around. If your cat hits the dot on time, then it will get points. Google Updates iPhone App To Support Sprint, Multi-Recipient Texting, and Dialer Copy-and-Paste

Google has updated the Google Voice iPhone application. The Google Voice iPhone update is now up-to-date with its sister Android app. The new version of Google Voice has multi-recipient texting, contact autocomplete, support for Sprint, multi-line text entry field, and a 1-touch dialer copy-and-paste. The Google Voice Android app has been able to perform multi-recipient texting for over a month. Sprint Google Voice iPhone users will now be able to send all calls to the native dialer when the phone is integrated with the service. [TNW]

Google Adds Custom Signatures and Vacation Responders To Gmail iOS App

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has updated the Gmail iPhone app with new features. The new Gmail iOS app has custom signatures for messages and a vacation responder. You can set them up through the gear icon at the top of the new menu. The app also supports nested labels. Scribbles has also been added to the Gmail iOS app.

Flipboard Launches An iPhone App

Flipboard is an app that was named the Apple iPad App of the year and one of TIME’s Top 50 Innovations. Now the app is available on the iPhone and iPod Touch. Flipboard automatically creates a personalized magazine out of content that is being shared with you including Instagram photos, Facebook updates, Tumblr posts, and content from your favorite publications.

eBay Mobile Hitting One Million Listings Per Week

eBay Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY) is hitting one million listings made per week through the eBay Mobile app [iTunes link]. Last year eBay made the right move by consolidating their buying and selling iPhone applications. Now it is simple to take photos of your goods and quickly list them through the app. The company has also launched a new video series called eBay MoneyMakers, which features videos of people making money on eBay. TED Now Has An iPhone App

The TED application has been available on the iPad for about a year, but now the app is available on the iPhone. The iPhone version of the app has the same access to TED’s lectures as the iPad version. You can bookmark and download TED lectures via WiFi. This makes it easier and faster to download and watch TED lectures to your iPhone than downloading them through the iTunes app. You can even stream them to your home TV using Airplay or listen to TEDRadio, the audio-only version of the discussions. Rumor: Microsoft Preparing Office For iPad With A Low Price Of $10

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is preparing to launch an application for Microsoft Office, which would be available on the iPad in 2012. Microsoft is reportedly going to make Office for the iPad only $10. This about the same price that Apple charges for applications that they sell on the App Store including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.

Flashlight App On Apple App Store Hits $1 Million In Revenue

i4software has announced that they have made $1 million in revenues for the Flashlight app on the Apple App Store. i4software ironically hit the milestone on Black Friday of this year. The app first went for sale in July 2010 and became the number one selling iOS utilities paid app. Some of the people that have praised the Flashlight app includes police officers, firefighters, nurses, etc. They have said that the Flashlight app has helped prevent injuries and saved lives.
