There are rumors that Apple is working on redesigning the MacBook Air. Apple is aiming a complete revamp to all of their notebook lines sometime this year. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has shipped around 1.1 million of the new generation of MacBook Air devices according to Concord Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. Ming-Chi came up with the numbers by using channel checks in Asia. That means that the new MacBook Air is one of the fastest-selling Mac computers in Apple’s history. Concord is also estimating that Apple will ship around 700,000 MacBook Airs this quarter. [BGR]
