BillGuard is a personal finance start-up website that has raised $3 million in funding from Bessemer Venture Partners, Chris Dixon, Ron Conway, IA Ventures, Howard Lindzon, and Yaron Galai. While in private beta, BillGuard is currently working on alerting people about hidden fees, billing errors, scams, and credit card fraud.
