Shortly after Verizon announced that they will be carrying the BlackBerry Tour 9630, Sprint made an announcement of their own. Sprint will be selling the BlackBerry Tour 9630 for $199 after a 2 year contract and $150 rebate. That is the same cost as a Palm Pre. What phone will it be? BlackBerry Tour or Palm Pre?
Earlier this month, a leaked image and specs of the BlackBerry Tour 9630 hit the Net. Another image has surfaced where the Tour 9630 has been branded by Canada’s Telus. It will be available on multiple carriers in the U.S. too. The release date is expected to be by July 13th.
Between BoyGeniusReport and MobileSyrup.com, an image and the specifications of the BlackBerry Tour 9630 have been leaked. The Verizon phone will be unleashed by July 17th, but the price is not yet known.
