Boxee Box Available For Pre-Order At A Price Of $199
Even though the Apple TV is on the way, Boxee has put the Boxee Box device up for pre-order at a price of $199.99 on Amazon.com. The Boxee Box is expected to arrive in November. The Boxee Box ships with a QWERTY remote, 802.11n connectivity, and supports the upcoming Boxee 1.0 release. The Boxee Box was delayed from the original June launch date because they decided to switch from the NVIDIA Tegra 2 chipset to the Intel Atom CE4100 platform. The full press release is below:
