Apple removed two applications from the iTunes App Store that related to fake watches in order to avoid a lawsuit from watch company Cartier. Cartier claimed that Apple was infringing on their trademark by selling those applications.
Apple removed the applications one day after Cartier filed the lawsuit against Apple. Both of the applications sold a picture of a clock that resembled a Cartier watch. One was a free application called Fake Watch and the other was a paid version called the Fake Watch Gold Edition.
