Tribune Media Services has acquired online video search services company CastTV. CastTV was founded in 2006 by Edwin Ong and Alex Vikati and they raised $3.1 million from DFJ, Ron Conway, and Marc Andreessen. “CastTV was profitable so we weren’t forced to make any decisions,” said Vikati.
