Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) and Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) have come to an agreement. There is no more litigation over the appointment of Mark Hurd as the president of Oracle. Hurd is the former CEO of Hewlett Packard, but he was fired for supposed sexual relations with a company contractor.
