BuyWithMe CEO Cheryl Rosner Steps Down
BuyWithMe CEO Cheryl Rosner has stepped down from the company as the company struggles to compete with Groupon. Rosner is the former Expedia President and TicketsNow CEO/President. Rosner was hire das the BuyWithMe CEO in April at the same time as when Groupon was valued at $1.2 billion. BuyWithMe raised $16 million in funding this past July. BuyWithMe.com Raises $16 Million
BuyWithMe.com has raised $16 million in funding. Matrix Partners was one of the investors in this round. BuyWithMe.com is competitors with Groupon, a coupon service that encourages local businesses to lower prices if a group of people are involved. BuyWithMe was founded in Boston and was founded by Andrew Moss.
