Keynote speeches from the TED Talks conferences from around the world have hit 1 billion views as of November 12th. TED first started out with 6 videos with a small team and help from partners. TED curator Chris Anderson worked with some of the most influential people in the world to make a playlist of their favorite TED Talks. TED was founded in 1984. The annual conference started in 1990.

Wired Editor In Chief Chris Anderson Stepping Down To Work On 3D Robotics

Chris Anderson, the editor in chief at Wired will be stepping down to work on his startup called 3D Robotics. Mr. Anderson has worked at Wired for the last 11 years. 3D Robotics sells aerial drones for amateurs. Mr. Anderson will continue to write. He wrote a couple of books called The Long Tail and Makers: The New Industrial Revolution.
