Google Selling Stake In Clearwire For $47 Million
In documents filed with the SEC, Google has revealed that they will be selling their entire stake in Clearwire Corporation. Google spent $500 million to acquire a 6.5% stake in Clearwire back in 2008. Google is selling their stake for $47 million. What a terrible investment.

Verizon Buying $3.6 Billion Worth Of Wireless Spectrum From Comcast, Time Warner, and Bright House
Verizon Wireless is buying $3.6 billion worth of wireless spectrum from Comcast, Time Warner Cable, and Bright House Networks. This will allow Verizon to further build their LTE network. As part of the deal, the three cable companies will become mobile virtual network operators on Verizon. Verizon may also become a cable virtual operator or agent outside of their wireline territory to sell home broadband, TV, and phone services.

Sprint Finalizing LTE Deal With Infrastructure Partners [RUMOR]
According to consulting firm Gerson Lehrman Group and GizmoFusion, Sprint has finalized an LTE deal with contracts being signed with Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, and Samsung. The LTE service will be rolled out over the next 2-3 years as part of the decommissioning of iDEN on the 800MHz spectrum. It is likely that Sprint is looking to partner with Clearwire or T-Mobile.
