Culture Amp is a “culture-first” software company that has built the leading people analytics platform. Culture Amp’s customers include Airbnb, Uber, Pandora, Adobe, Pinterest, and Warby Parker. Culture Amp has raised $6.3 million in Series A funding led by Felicis Ventures, Index Ventures, and Blackbird Ventures. Culture Amp is known for combining deep knowledge in psychology, user experience, and engineering into a platform that transforms organizations worldwide.

With the funding, Culture Amp will accelerate the expansion of the platform — which provides real-time data and insights into company culture through customizable surveys. Felicis Ventures managing director and Google Analytics founder Wesley Chan will be joining Culture Amp’s board of directors.

“Culture Amp’s platform has grown to date through word-of-mouth,” said Culture Amp co-founder and CEO Didier Elzinga in a statement. “With this investment, we want to accelerate development of our technology, and expand our marketing and sales efforts, so we can continue to provide the most insightful platform available for company culture and people analytics.”
