AT&T Awards 11-Year-Old Girl $20,000 For Creating Mobile App Concept To Discourage Texting While Driving
AT&T has given a $20,000 award to an 11-year-old girl for coming up with a concept for a mobile app designed to discourage people from texting while driving. The concept was created during a hackathon held in August as part of AT&T’s “It Can Wait” campaign. Victoria Walker worked with a designer named David Grau to come up with an app called Rode Dog.
