Actress Eva Longoria and GOP politician Newt Gingrich are arguing back-and-forth on Twitter about a proposal to use poor children from poor neighborhoods as janitors. Earlier this month Eva Longoria announced on Twitter that she is divorcing her husband and NBA player Tony Parker. Supposedly Longoria had found some provocative text messages from Erin Barry on Parker’s cellphone. Barry and Longoria used to be very good friends before the divorce situation. Last year Tony Parker, Eva Longoria, and Erin Barry made a spoof of Grease. Eva Longoria Confirms Divorce To Tony Parker On Twitter
Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria was one of the most searched for person on Google yesterday. This was sparked by a rumor about her getting a divorce from Tony Parker. Longoria confirmed the rumor on Twitter. Longoria was married to Parker for 3 years and she was with him for a total of 7 years. According to Mario Lopez, Longoria found text messages on Parker’s phone from another woman.

Celebrity Twitter Auction Initiative TwitChange Receives $540K To Build School In Haiti
A celebrity charity auction called TwitChange has raised over $540,000 through Twitter. The initiative was led by Desparate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker. The $540,000 will be donated to build a school for disabled children in Haiti.

Facebook and JP Morgan Chase Team Up On Charity Initiative
Facebook and JP Morgan Chase are partnering on a charity initiative that will allow any of the 300 million Facebook users to donate across 500,000 local charities.
Facebook users vote for a charity of their choice and the number one choice will receive $1 million. The five runner ups will receive $100,000 and 100 finalists will receive $25,000 each. A special advisory board will be formed that includes actress Eva Longoria, former pro basketball player David Robinson, and Do Something founder Nancy Lublin.
