Zynga has filed documents with the SEC this morning which indicates that they are planning on raising between $850 million and $1.15 billion in their public offering. This is about $15 million more than their previous estimates.

Occipital is a TechStars company that had raised $7 million in Series A funding. The Boulder, Colorado based company had previously sold an app to eBay called RedLaser. And the company recently launched a new app called 360Panorama. 360Panorama will allow people to take 3D panoramic image captures through mobile devices. Now Occipital is planning a campaign to launch some high-tech augmented reality applications.

Customer-targeting service Crowdtap has raised $7 million in funding to improve its engineering and sales teams. The investors include Foundry Group, GSA Venture Partners and Mr. Youth. The latter previously invested $3 million in Crowdtap as seed funding. The service offers brands more information about their customers, and already has 150,000 clients, including Old Navy, Pinkberry and Bing. [TechCrunch]

San Francisco based cloud database company ObjectLabs has raised $3 million in Series A funding led by Foundry Group, GRP Partners, Baseline Ventures, Freestyle Capital, David Cohen, and a few others. ObjectLabs is best known for launching the database-as-a-service company MongoLab. MongoLab is the database-as-a-service provider for MongoDB. 10gen‘s MongoDB is used by companies like Foursquare, Bit.ly, and Etsy.

Lijit Networks is an ad company that power third party advertising services for publishers and offers a complementary search tool widget. The company has recently raised $10 million in funding.

Orbotix is a smartphone toy company that has raised $5 million in Series B funding from Foundry Group and Highway 12 Ventures. Orbotix plans on launching a toy called Sphero this fall. Sphero is a robotic ball that can be controlled by iOS and Android devices. Orbotix spun out of the TechStars incubator. Sphero costs $130 and will include multiple games and apps. Mark Solon of Highway 12 Ventures and Brad Feld of Foundry Group will be joining the company board of directors as part of the funding deal. [TechCrunch]

Attachments.me is a start-up that is aiming to help you easily find pictures or documents in e-mail attachments. Foundry Group has invested a $500,000 seed round in Attachments.me. Attachments.me was founded by Jesse Miller Ben Coe, and Joe Stump. Attachments.me indexes all of the attachments in your e-mail, then displays them in a visual grid. Attachments.me does not have a Gmail plug-in as of yet.

The Cheezburger network of websites include FAIL Blog and LOLcats. The company has raised $30 million in funding led by the Foundry Group, Avalon Ventures, Madrona Venture Group, and SoftBank Capital. Brad Feld (Foundry), Greg Gottesman (Madrona), and Rich Levandov (Avalon) will be joining the board of directors at Cheezburger. I Can Has Cheezburger now has a total of $32.5 million.
