There were a couple of subsidiaries that aQuantive owned which became property of Microsoft after the acquisition as well. One of the subsidiaries was Franchise Gator. Microsoft sold off Franchise Gator to Landmark Interactive for $20 million.

aQuantive bought Franchise Gator for $21.5 million back in 2006. Gator is based in Roswell, Georgia and Seattle, Washington. Landmark also owns Franchise.com. DeSilva & Phillips were the bankers that worked on the Franchise Gator deal.
