In an SEC filing, it was revealed that a stealth company called <a href="http://Kicktag.com">Kicktag</a> has raised $2 million in funding.  Michael Downing, the former CEO of GoFish, is the founder and CEO of Kicktag.  He is also the former EIR at the Stanford Research Institute.<br />

Frank Meehan and John McIntire is also involved in Kicktag.  According to the LinkedIn profile of Michael Downing, Kicktag “helps video enthusiasts more effectively inform, educate and entertain audiences online – by enabling them to attach relevant and engaging data from across the web to each moment in any video.”</p>

<p>In the past, INQ released a phone that revolved around Facebook and it was called INQ1.  INQ&#8217;s Twitter phone will have the ability to receive 140 character messages directly.  “This can really help open up and drive Twitter use on mobile when usage becomes part of your data package like on the PC,” stated INQ CEO Frank Meehan.</p>
