Frazier Healthcare Partners Completes Acquisition Of RevSpring

Frazier Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused investment company, announced that it has completed its acquisition of RevSpring from private equity firm GTCR. RevSpring is a leading provider of end-to-end communication and payment solutions servicing healthcare and financial services companies. Frazier was joined in the deal by NEA, 22C Capital, and RevSpring’s senior leadership team.

This partnership with Frazier will utilize Frazier’s investment, experience, and industry expertise to accelerate the company’s success as a leading solution provider in the communication and payments industry. And RevSpring helps customers accelerate revenue and increase engagement through an intelligent digital platform, omnichannel communication, payments, and analytic tools. The company will also continue investing in its people and solutions, which include its Best in KLAS Patient Communications software.

Morgan Stanley and TripleTree acted as co-lead financial advisors to RevSpring, and William Blair acted as financial advisor to Frazier. And Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to RevSpring, and Goodwin Proctor LLP served as legal counsel to Frazier.
