Gargen Maguerian is a Pennsylvania resident that has filed a lawsuit against Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) in a San Francisco U.S. District Court. Garen said that Apple deliberately targets kids with free applications that have appealing in app purchases. This ends up costing parents a lot of money.
