Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has announced new subscription plans for consumers that use Android tablets and smartphones. Google one-upped Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) by offering publishers 90% revenues or more. Apple offers publishers 70% revenues. The subscription service is called Google One Pass. Google CEO Eric Schmidt made the announcement at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
