Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) is shutting down Tags, an advertising service for local businesses to sponsor their listings. For example, you will notice that North Valley Optometry has a yellow tag for people to view photos of their business in a sponsored result above. Google was charging $25 per month for this feature.
