Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has acquired comparison shopping website Sparkbuy. Sparkbuy’s website is focused on laptops. As a result of the acquisition, Sparkbuy.com will be shutting down and the three person team will be joining Google making this a pure deal an “acq-hire.” The Sparkbuy team will be working on Google Product Search.
