iSuppli Estimates Manufacturing Cost of Palm Pre Is $138

The Pre is Palm’s make-or-break device that has received a tremendous amount of investment from shareholders. Manufacturing research company iSuppli, who also found out that the cost of making the PS3 dropped last December is estimating that the cost to make the Pre is $138 per unit.
