Biz Stone, Evan Williams and Jason Goldman, men responsible for Twitter, plan to re-start their former company The Obvious Corporation. Obvious was a company they formed prior to Twitter’s fame, and abandoned in favor of focusing on Twitter. The reborn Obvious will, in Stone’s words, “help people work together to improve the world.” What that means, exactly, is unclear, but it sounds like it will be a source of innovative products. Twitter’s VP of Product Jason Goldman is stepping down from the company. He basically needs a break from all the hard work. He made the announcement during an interview at the Le Web conference in Paris, France. However he will be around as an advisor when Twitter needs help. The discussions about him leaving started around the same time that Evan Williams stepped down as CEO. Goldman has been Twitter’s VP of Product for the last 3 years. He had worked with Biz Stone and Evan Williams on Blogger too. [Mashable]
