Jason Leroy Savage, 30 of Swan Creek Township will receive 90 days in the Saginaw County Jail for performing a sex act on a car wash vacuum.  Savage will also have to submit to drug testing.  Savage pleaded no contest to indecent exposure and the arrest was made on October 16 at a car wash in Thomas Township.  This area is about 90 miles northwest of Detroit.  Lawyer Philip Sturtz represented Savage in the case.
