John McAfee is on the run. You may know McAfee as being the founder of the McAfee anti-virus software that sold to Intel for $7.7 billion in 2010. Last month we wrote about how McAfee is wanted for murder in Belize. It turns out that he was able to escape the country and is now in Guatemala. McAfee confirmed that he is there on his blog:
John McAfee is the founder of the McAfee antivirus software company. Now he is wanted for murder in Belize according to a Gizmodo guest writer named Jeff Wise. Mr. McAfee is a suspect for the murder of an American named Gregory Faull. Mr. Faull was shot in his home on Saturday night. Mr. Faull previously filed a complaint against Mr. McAfee for firing off guns with “roguish behavior.”
