JVC has announced a 3D camcorder with full HD resolution at CES called GS-TD1. The GS-TD1 camcorder is the world’s first consumer camcorder that has full HD 3D capabilities. This camera uses a pair of lenses with 3.32MP CMOS sensors in each lens. The GS-TD1 has 5x optical zoom, 3D sound, and JVC Biphonic technology with improved audio. The GS-TD1 has a 3.5-inch touch panel and a high speed imaging engine. The lens is rated at F1.2 for brighter video. Another cool feature on this camera is time-lapse 3D recording, 3D still shots, and 64GB of internal memory storage. This camera will be for sale in March for $1,999.95. [SlashGear]

JVC has launched a new camcorder called the Picsio. JVC says that the camcorder has 1080p resolution but in actuality, it has 1440×1080 at 30 fps. The video is saved on an SD card as an H.264 .MOV files. The GC-FM1 is now selling for $200.

JVC has unleashed a new OLED TV called the GD-32X1. The GD-32X1 is 6.4 mm. thin and beats the Samsung 8.9 mm. thin OLED TV. The specs of the TV include the Genessa Premium image processing chipset, 2x HDMI ports, RGB, component, composite, etc. The resolution is 1920×1080 when acting a Full HD monitor. The contrast is 4,000:1. Shipping starts in August, no word on price yet.

At the NAB 2009 show, JVC gave a demo of the KY-F4000 real-time 4K camera. The KY-F4000 has features a single 1.25″ CMOS image sensor with 3840×2160 pixel resolution and has the ability to produces live images with 4 times the resolution of HD. The KY-F4000 also has high resolution imaging with 60 progressive frame live output capability. Other features include HDSDI Dual Link (4:2:2/10 bit 4 ch), DVI Single Link (4:4:4/8 bit x 4ch), and genlock input HDSDI (60i/59.94i). The prototypes of the 4K and 8K versions of the camera are being presented now.

JVC’s new Everio X GZ-X900 camcorder looks pretty slick. The GZ-X900 has a brick-like structure and has a 1080p resolution. The camera can also take 9 megapixel shots at 15 fps or 5.3 megapixel shots at 60 fps. There is a slow motion feature that operates at 600 fps. The slow motion feature produces shots at 640×72 resolution. This camera will be available in June for $1000.
