<p>This is another way that Microsoft is pushing the use of their toolbar over Google&#8217;s.&nbsp; Prior to this announcement, Microsoft signed a deal with Hewlett Packard to ship copies of PCs preinstalled with the Windows Live Toolbar.&nbsp; </p>
