Lindsay Lohan is suing E*Trade over a Super Bowl commercial where babies are chatting over a computer.  One of the babies refers to his friend as “that milkaholic Lindsay.”  Now The New York Post is reporting that Lohan is suing E*Trade for $50 million in exemplary damages and $50 million in compensatory damages for using her “name and characterization.” Lohan’s lawyer Stephanie Ovadia told The New York Post that “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit.” [New York Post]

About three people recently broke into Lindsay Lohan’s house in Hollywood Hills this past Sunday. It was all captured on video and the Los Angeles Police Department decided to take the video to the Internet in order to get help in catching the suspects. The video has been uploaded to YouTube by the LAPD.

The video shows three young individuals. Two are female and one is male, but all of them are covered in scarves. Uploading the video of these three individuals on YouTube is an interesting approach. Given the millions of people that watch video clips on YouTube every day, someone is bound to recognize the people in the video.

“I’m sorry i haven’t been on in a bit… my life has been kind of in shambles considering my house was broken into and i feel really violated,” wrote Lohan on her Twitter account shortly after the incident took place.

Lindsay Lohan is a celebrity that starred in movies such as Mean Girls, Georgia Rule, Herbie Fully Loaded, Freaky Friday, and Just My Luck. She became a party animal and got into all sorts of legal trouble such as DUI and drug possession. Lohan was most recently seen dating Samantha Ronson, an English singer and DJ that lives in L.A.
