Logitech Announces Ultrathin Keyboard mini For iPad Mini

iPad mini owners may be thrilled to hear that Logitech has created a product called the Ultrathin Keyboard mini.  The peripheral makes it easier to type when using the iPad mini and it is now up for pre-order at a price of $79.99.  The Ultrathin Keyboard mini has a QWERTY keyboard and other keys to control media and other functions of the tablet.

Logitech Announces K310 Washable Keyboard

At my office I am constantly paranoid about spilling Coke or coffee on my keyboard.  This means that the Logitech Washable Keyboard K310 is perfect for me.  The K310 looks like a standard keyboard, but in this case you can wash it under the sink if something spills on it.  The keyboard works even after being submerged up to 11 feet and dries fairly quickly.  The K310 will be available in the U.S. starting in August for a suggested retail price of $39.99.

Logitech CEO Calls Using Google TV A Big Mistake


At the Logitech Analyst and Investor Day, CEO Guerrino De Luca revealed the mistakes that the company made with the development and manufacturing of the Logitech Revue Google TV set top box. De Luca said that the Christmas 2010 launch of the Logitech Revue “a mistake of implementation of a gigantic nature.”

Logitech CEO Gerald Quindlen Steps Down


Logitech International SA (NASDAQ:LOGI) CEO Gerald Quindlen is stepping down after the company revealed a net loss of $29.6 million for the first quarter. The company cut the price of the Revue with Google TV device to $99. Quindlen was a big supporter of the Google TV box. Chairman and former CEO Guerrino De Luca will fill in for Quindlen while a replacement is being sought. [Engadget]
