Marin Software Inc (MRIN) acquires Perfect Audience for $22.8 million

Advertising technology company Marin Software Inc (NYSE:MRIN) has acquired display and social network retargeting company Perfect Audience for $22.8 million. Around $5.4 million of that is in cash and the rest is in common stock. Even though Marin Software already has a platform for advertisers to run campaigns across a platform range, its specialty has been in search. Perfect Audience will help give Marin a stronger offering in retargeting around social and display ads. Perfect Audience will remain as a separate platform for now and will eventually be integrated into Marin Software. Some of Perfect Audience’s clients include American Apparel, bebe, Eventbrite, New Relic, and Rackspace.

Google Inc (GOOG): Mobile ad prices increases at a rapid price

There has been concern about whether search ad prices are dropping. Marketers seem to prefer to have advertisements tailored for people looking for content with smartphones and tablets. According to a report from online management company Marin Software, mobile search ad prices in the U.S. are increasing at a rapid pace.

Marin Software Jumps 25% In IPO

Marin Software is an online advertising management company used by advertisers and agencies.  Marin helps advertisers manage their paid search, social media, display ads, and mobile campaigns.  The company went public today on the NYSE with the symbol “MRIN.”  Marin priced their 7.5 million shares at $14 each.

Marin Software Raises $16 Million In Series E

Marin Software is a company that makes search engine management tools for advertising companies. They have raised $16 million in Series E funding led by Crosslink Capital. DAG Ventures, Focus Ventures, Benchmark Capital, and Triangle Peak Partners also participated in this round. Marin now has a total of $51 million in funding.
