The Sexual Harassment Letter That Got Mark Hurd Fired
This past August former HP CEO Mark Hurd stepped down from the company after he was caught sending a sexual harassment letter. Hurd had a personal relationship with contractor Jodie Fisher, who had worked at HP as a greeter and hostess at company events. Hurd currently works at Oracle Corporation as a co-president and Meg Whitman has replaced him at Hewlett Packard. AllThingsD got their hands on the letter that attorney Gloria Allred wrote to Hurd on behalf of Jodie Fisher. I have embedded the letter below.

SEC Investigating Reasons For Mark Hurd’s Departure From HP
The SEC is investigating the departure of former Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) CEO Mark Hurd. Hurd is believed to have shared inside information with a former H-P event hostess in 2008 about the company’s $13.9 billion acquisition of EDS.

Oracle Takes SAP To Trial and Is Seeking $2.3 Billion In Damages
Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) has taken SAP AG (NYSE:SAP) to court and they are seeking $2.3 billion in damages for “inappropriate” downloads of Oracle materials. Former SAP CEO Leo Apotheker and Oracle CEO Larry Ellison may both have to get testimonies about the trial.

HP and Oracle Resolve Their Differences About Mark Hurd
Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) and Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) have come to an agreement. There is no more litigation over the appointment of Mark Hurd as the president of Oracle. Hurd is the former CEO of Hewlett Packard, but he was fired for supposed sexual relations with a company contractor.

HP Files Civil Complaint Against Former CEO Mark Hurd
Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) has quickly responded to their former CEO joining Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) by filing a full complaint against him. The complaint was filed at the California Superior Court (County of Santa Clara).

Mark Hurd Becomes Co-President of Oracle
Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) now has a new Co-President: Mark Hurd. Mark Hurd is the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ). Hurd quit HP one month ago after a board investigated him for a personal relationship with contractor Jodie Fisher. Fisher was a former actress who posed for Playboy in college.

HP CEO Mark Hurd Steps Down After Sexual Harassment Claim
Mark Hurd is stepping down from HP after a sexual harassment claim has been made. He resigned and the HP committee is searching for a replacement. Cathie Lesjak, HP’s CFO will be the interim CEO. HP Backtracks CEO’s Comments About Not Getting Into Smartphone Market
HP CEO Mark Hurd was on an investor call yesterday and he was quoted as saying that HP “didn’t buy Palm to be in the smartphone business.” HP’s communication team quickly backtracked by saying: When we look at the market, we see an array of interconnected devices, including tablets, printers, and of course, smartphones. We believe webOS can become the backbone for many of HP’s small form factor devices, and we expect to expand webOS’s footprint beyond just the smartphone market, all while leveraging our financial strength, scale, and global reach to grow in smartphones.
