Stan Lee Announces New YouTube Series “Chatroom Of Solitude”

Last year Stan Lee, the former president and chairman of Marvel Comics, announced a new YouTube channel known as “World Of Heroes.”  The YouTube channel hit over 122,000 subscribers and over 7.2 million views since launching 9 months ago.  Seeing the success of the YouTube channel encouraged Lee to launch new original programming on the channel.  Lee launched a new series called “Chatroom of Solitude” on the channel and it counts Felicia Day in the cast.  Day plays one out of five villains in the show and all of them talk through a Google Hangout to make evil plans.  The series also stars Phil LaMarr, Colin Ferguson, Matt Knutson, and Carolyn Hennesy. WATCH: Official Iron Man 3 Trailer

Iron Man 3 now has an official trailer and the film looks intense.  One of the scenes features Tony Stark’s house being destroyed by missiles from a helicopter.  This Iron Man 3 film stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, James Badge Dale, Jon Favreau, Ben Kingsley, Ashley Hamilton, and Wang Xueqi.

WATCH: Marvel Comics Releases Teaser Trailer For Iron Man 3

Marvel Comics has released a 17-second video of Iron Man 3.  A lot of excitement is building around the Iron Man 3 movie as it will hit theaters in May 2013.  Earlier this month Marvel announced a campaign where Facebook Fans would be able to unlock the movie trailer.  The full-length trailer will debut tomorrow.  Check out the trailer below:

Stan Lee Talks About Which Marvel Movies He Did Not Like

Stan Lee has answered the question about what Marvel movies he was not really a fan off.  Stan Lee is known for creating many of the characters that are used in Marvel Comics.  When attending the 2012 Fan Expo in Canada, he said that some of the movies he was not so sure about included Hulk, Fantastic Four, and Daredevil.

WATCH: Marvel and Activision Announce Deadpool Video Game At Comic-Con 2012

Deadpool is a comic book character published by Marvel Comics. Deadpool was created by artist Rob Liefeld and writer Fabian Nicieza (see comment from Rob Liefeld below).  Soon Deadpool will have his own video game as announced at Comic-Con 2012 in San Diego, California. The game will be created by Marvel and Activision. American video game development company High Moon Studios will be teaming up with Activision on the game. Nolan North will be voicing the character in the game. Deadpool was featured in games like Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, but this is the first game where he will be the lead. Nook Color Now Has Netflix, Flixster, and Marvel Comics Support


Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE:BKS) has updated the Nook Color to support Netflix, Flixster, and Marvel Comics. Other updates include the ability to read books in landscape mode. The Nook Color currently is priced at $199. Future software updates will include access to Pandora and Rhapsody. Check out the press release below:
