Samsung Acquires Mobile Entertainment Company mSpot

Samsung Electronics has acquired mobile entertainment company mSpot. The financial terms were undisclosed, but it is rumored that the company was sold for $8.8 million. mSpot allows users to stream and watch full length movies on their mobile phones and on the web. mSpot has deals with Disney, Sony, NBC, Lionsgate, Warner, and several other companies.

mSpot Launches Muslc Cloud Service For Android

mSpot is a mobile entertainment company that has launched a music cloud service recently. mSpot allows users to sync their music collection across Android phones, PCs, and Macs. The Android service was launched publicly today. mSpot’s application runs in the background of your computer and manages the uploading of your music library. Libraries, cover art, and ratings can also be uploaded using iTunes.
