A couple days ago, we wrote about how Nolan Daniels did not actually win the lottery and is not going to share $1 million with you by simply sharing the Facebook photo below. I’ve seen this stupid photo pop up on my News Feed several times and I actually feel bad for people thinking that this is real.
Over 1.7 million people shared this post of a person named Nolan Daniels on Facebook. Why? Because the caption of this photo says “Looks like I won’t be going to work EVER!” said Facebook user Nolan Daniels in a post on Facebook. The photo shows a picture of Daniels holding a winning lottery ticket, but the photo was edited to have the winning numbers in them — known as being Photoshopped. “Share this photo and I will give a random person 1 million dollars!” Gawker points out that Powerball tickets are always printed in numerical order. In this photo, the numbers clearly shows that the numbers are out of order.
