<strong>VoIP service <a href="http://www.ooma.com/">Ooma</a> has <a href="http://paidcontent.org/article/419-voip-startup-ooma-raises-18.6-million-in-fourth-round/">raised $18.3 million in a Series D round of funding</a>.  The Series D round of funding was led by Worldview Partners.  The Founders Fund, TD Fund, and WI Harper also participated in the Series D.</strong></p>
<p>Since the company started in 2004, Ooma raised $61.3 million.  Ooma&#8217;s device allows people to make unlimited calling in the U.S. for free.  The Ooma device is also now being sold in about 5,000 retail stores including Best Buy and Costco.</p>
<p>The Ooma device sells for $249.99 and has advanced features for $99.99 per year.  System settings for the device can be controlled from the Internet too.</p>
