Social media management platform company Shoutlet has raised $6 million in a second round of funding led by American Family Insurance. Other investors include Origin Ventures and Leo Capital Holdings. Shoutlet does Facebook, Twitter, Social CRM, RSS, podcast, video, and e-mail management services. GrubHub is a website where users can find and order food from restaurants.  It is currently built for users in Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, New York, and Philadelphia.  The company was founded by Mike Evans and Matt Maloney.  Recently the company raised an additional $2 million second round in funding.

GrubHub is based in Chicago and recently developed an iPhone application that complements their existing service.

Origin Ventures, Leo Capital, and Amicus Capital participated in this round of funding.  The previous round was $1.1 million and Amicus participated in that round.
