Facebook: “Zuckerberg Denies The Allegations” That Ceglia Is Owed Equity
Yesterday Facebook officially said that Paul Ceglia is a “scam artist” and said that the evidence he has against the company was “fabricated.” Ceglia claims to have e-mails from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg that guarantees him at least half ownership in the social network company. While Facebook’s statement bashed on Ceglia, the legal statement painted a different picture about the situation.

Facebook Claims Ceglia’s Evidence Is “Doctored” and “Fabricated.”
In July 2010 Paul Ceglia had filed a lawsuit against Facebook claiming that he owns about 84% of the company. Last month some of the evidence he had was scanned and was posted on the Internet. The alarming part of the case is that the prestigious law firm DLA Piper agreed to represent Ceglia in the case, indicating that the evidence may have some merit. Facebook has fired back against Ceglia today.

Potentially New Evidence In Paul Ceglia’s Lawsuit Could Be Bad News For Facebook
Last month a judge sided with Mark Zuckerberg to keep Paul Ceglia’s lawsuit in federal court rather than bringing it to a state court trial in New York. Ceglia claims to have 84% ownership in Facebook and supposedly has documents that prove it. Although Facebook claims the documents are fake, Ceglia is now being represented by prestigious law firm DLA Piper. DLA would not represent Ceglia unless they thought he had a case. Judge Sides With Mark Zuckerberg To Keep Paul Ceglia’s Lawsuit In Federal Court
In October 2010, I wrote about how a man that resides in New York named Paul Ceglia is claiming 84% ownership in social networking website Facebook.com. Ceglia’s lawyers attempted to argue that Zuckerberg is a New York resident and does not even have a house in California. Ceglia’s lawyers wanted Zuckerberg to face a state court trial in New York. However District Judge Richard J. Arcara sided with Zuckerberg and the case will remain in the Buffalo federal court.

Paul Ceglia Attempts To Use Mark Zuckerberg’s New York Residence As Argument In Facebook Lawsuit
Paul Ceglia is a man in New York that is claiming that he is entitled to 84% ownership in social networking website Facebook.com. Ceglia’s lawyers are arguing that since Mark Zuckerberg lives out of a duffel bag, the lawsuit should be tried in the state of New York. They claim Zuckerberg has not set his legal roots in California.

Mark Zuckerberg Says He Does Not Owe Paul Ceglia Anything
Paul Ceglia claims he had a contract with Mark Zuckerberg that entitles him to 84% ownership in Facebook. Paul Ceglia has a signed contract with Mark Zuckerberg. Ceglia hired Mark Zuckerberg when he was a college freshman to create a website that is a reference for street intersections to be used by insurance companies and other related companies. Ceglia claimed that Zuckerberg took $1,000 of his money and signed a contract giving him 50% of a project Zuckerberg was working on called “The Face Book.” But due to contractual provisions, Ceglia said the stake is 84% now.

Paul Ceglia Files Lawsuit Against Facebook Claiming To Own 84% Of The Company
Paul Ceglia has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of New York’s Allegany County on June 30. Ceglia claims that he signed a contract in 2003 with Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. He believes he is owed ownership and monetary damages.
