			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img style="max-width: 800px;" src="http://mediaserver.pulse2.com/uploads/2008/09/picapp-logo.gif" /><br />PicApp is a site that offers free and licensed stock images.&nbsp; The company has just raised $3.2 million in funding and announced a partnership with the Yardbarker blog network.&nbsp; Yardbarker is a sports blog network that aggregates content across 550 sports blogs.&nbsp; PicApp will be licensing images to Yardbarker out of the deal.&nbsp; </p>
<p>Yardbarker currently uses images from Getty, Corbis, Image Source, and several other photo licensing companies.&nbsp; PicApp has about 10 million images in their library which can be added using copy+paste code.&nbsp; PicApp places small advertisements under those licensed images.</p>
<p>Carmel Ventures and Yair Goldfinder (ICQ co-founder) invested the $3.2 million in PicApp.&nbsp; This past year, PicApp also partnered with b5media according to <a href="http://mashable.com/2008/09/18/picapp-funding/">Adam Ostrow</a>.&nbsp; Yardbarker <a href="http://pulse2.com/2007/04/17/recent-tech-funding-adify-funny-or-die-5min-and-yardbarker/">raised funding</a> in April of last year.</p>
