I have seen video games built into airplane TVs and hotel TVs, but this is the first time I’ve heard of a TV with a built-in console that is available for consumers. The Sony Bravia KDL-22PX300 is a 22-inch LCD TV that has a built-in PlayStation 2. The 720p Bravia TV also has four HDMI slots and has a built-in Freeview tuner. There is also an Ethernet port so you can watch Internet video. There are three USB sockets, a VGA connector, and component video connectors. PlayStation 1 games and DVDs worked on the PS2. This TV sells for £200 from Richer Sounds and comes with one PlayStation controller. [The Register]
