Buffalo had launched a storage device powered by the personal cloud platform PogoPlug. Buffalo CloudStor and PogoPlug lets you share content and access docs, photos, music, and videos easily. My.PogoPlug.com powers the cloud storage service. CloudStore is compatible with DLNA (media sharing network protocol) devices like the Xbox 360 and PS3. Cloud Engines is the company behind the “personal cloud” device known as the Pogoplug. Cloud has raised $15 million in funding from a new set of investors. Softbank Capital, Morgan Stanley Investment Partners, and Foundry Group participated in this round.
