Robocast is suing Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) over patent infringement. Robocast is saying that Apple willfully incorporated their patented automated browsing technology in several of their products like Apple TV, iTunes, and Front Row without the proper licenses. Robocast was founded by Damon Torres and had sued Microsoft earlier for similar grounds. The patent 7,155,451 is titled “Automated browsing system for publishers and users on networks serving internet and remote devices.”
