Twitter has acquired Bagcheck, a site where users create “bags” of lists of their passions, and added co-founder Sam Pullara to the Twitter engineering team, according the the Bagcheck’n blog. Bagcheck will continue to be available but the company warns that “as with any acquisition, things may change at some point in the future” so the company has created an instant export feature for users’ files.

Yahoo Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) chief technologist Sam Pullara is leaving to become Entrepreneur in Residence at Benchmark Capital.  Pullara was one of the execs behind the Yahoo!
