Galaxy Nexus Hitting Sprint On April 22 With A Google Wallet Credit
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be available on Sprint starting April 22nd for $199.99 when you sign a 2 year agreement. Google is throwing in a bonus if you buy the phone by offering $50 in credit for Google Wallet if you activate by May 22nd. Google also gives a $10 instant credit when activating Google Wallet. It has been rumored that Sprint was going to get their hands on the Galaxy Nexus for a while now and they are releasing the LG Viper on the same day. If you pre-order now, Sprint is promising customers that they will receive their Nexus as early as April 20th. The Galaxy Nexus has 32GB of onboard storage and 1.2GHz dual-core processor.

Google Gives Customized Galaxy Nexus Handsets To Employees For Christmas
Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has given out customized versions of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone to many of their employees as a Christmas gift. The back of the Galaxy Nexus has a customized cover. The cover has Google+ and Android icons. Google’s London and Zurich offices are giving out free devices to employees and required their staff to line up and claim their free handsets. [TNW]

Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus Price Drops To $150 On Amazon.com
Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) has dropped the price of the Verizon Galaxy Nexus to $149 when signing up for a new plan. When updating a current plan, the phone will cost $199. Verizon Wireless To Start Selling Galaxy Nexus For $299.99 Tomorrow
Verizon Wireless will start selling the Samsung Galaxy Nexus tomorrow for $299.99 with a two-year contract. This is the world’s first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich phone with 4G LTE support. The smartphone has a 4.65-inch 720p HD Super AMOLED display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 32GB storage, 1GB RAM, 5-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, and an 1,850 mAh battery. Verizon Will Not Be Supporting Google Wallet On The Galaxy Nexus
This is some bad news for people that have an interest in working with Google Wallet, the Galaxy Nexus, and Verizon. It is also likely that My Verizon Mobile and Backup Assistant will come pre-loaded on the device. Google Wallet is an app that lets you buy products and check out with your phone using near-field communications (NFC). Your credit card would be charged through the phone. Why would Verizon do this? Perhaps because Verizon has their own phone payment service called ISIS? [ComputerWorld]
Verizon Galaxy Nexus To Sell For $299.99 On Contract
The Wall Street Journal has reported that the Verizon Galaxy Nexus will cost $299.99 on a new two-year contract. This will be the same price as the HTC Rezound and the Motorola Droid RAZR. This seems to be a new price-point for these higher-end smartphones, even though consumers have gotten so used to the go-to price of $200. The Wall Street Journal was able to get details on the price, but not the release date unfortunately. [WSJ]
