Simon Cowell is best known for being a judge on the show American Idol and is a current judge for The Ex-Factor.  He joined Twitter yesterday and now has over 250,000 followers.  This year, the Ex-Factor will be the first show to allow viewers to vote through Twitter’s direct messaging system.
