News Corporation has acquired Skiff LLC.  Skiff is the company that creates an e-reader platform for delivering publications to tablets, notebooks, smartphones, etc.  News Corporation also made an investment in Journalism Online.  Journalism Online has an e-commerce platform called Press+, which enables multiple options for paid access to content.
