Question and answer website Stack Overflow has raised $12 million in funding and has launched a career website. The $12 million Series B funding round was provided from new investors Index Ventures and Spark Capital. Union Square Ventures also participated. Stack Overflow Co-Founder Joel Spolsky Questions Why Digg Has So Many Servers
Stack Overflow recently hit 1 million questions and they receive about 60 million page views per month. Stack Overflow runs on only 5 servers. Social bookmarking service Digg.com receives 200 million pageviews per month and runs on 500 servers. Proportionately something seems off according to Joel Spolsky, the co-founder of Stack Overflow.

Stack Overflow Raises $6 Million From Union Square and Several Angels
Stack Overflow is a website where users can ask technical and programming languages. The website has just raised $6 million in their first round of funding led by Union Square Ventures. Other investors include Ron Conway, Caterina Fake, Chris Dixon, Bob Pasker, Micah Siegel, Naval Ravikant, Nirav Tolia, and Joshua Schachter.
