Back in August 2010 Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) co-founder Paul Allen filed a lawsuit against Google, Facebook, Apple, eBay, Yahoo!, AOL, Netflix, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, and YouTube over patent infringement. In December 2010, Allen’s case was thrown out by a federal judge in Seattle. U.S. District Court Judge Marsha Pechman had told Allen that he had until December 28th to file an amended lawsuit because it was too vague.

The Viewsonic G Tablet has an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1.3 megapixel video conferencing camera, 10.1″ display, 512MB DDR2 memory, 1080p video playback, OpenGL ES 2.0 and Android 2.2 operating system. Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO), and Facebook all got together to fight back against the lawsuit that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) co-founder Paul Allen filed against them. Google led the response team by saying that the lawsuit does not back up its claims that they are violating approaches that were pioneered by Interval Research, a defunct incubator company that was financed by Allen.
