This brings the company to a total of $64.8 million in funding. ideeli will be using the money to hire new employees. ideeli offers huge discounts on high end merchandise. Travel Ad Network Raises $15 Million In Series C


Travel Ad Network is an advertising network that focuses on travel content. Travel Ad Network works with about 300 travel websites including Lonely Planet and Hawaii.com. Their network reaches about 20 million unique U.S. visitors per month. Travel Ad Network’s revenue has increased 30% over this past year. To keep growing their network, the company has raised $15 million in a third round of funding. This round was led by StarVest Partners. Host Analytics Raises $15 Million


Financial software company Host Analytics has raised a $15 million third round of funding.  The company now has a total of $30 million in funding.  Host Analytics software help companies manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reports.  Host Analytics is based in Redwood City, California and started in 2000.  The investors in this round include Next World Capital, ATV Capital, Starvest Partners, and Trident Capital. Accept Software Raises $14.5 Million

Accept Software designs applications made for product planning and marketing. Some of their customers include Intuit, Tibco, VMware, Fidelity, and Viasys. According to a filing with an SEC, Accept Software raised a whopping $17 million round of funding. $15.4 million out of an $18 million targeted round, Accept Software is based in Fremont, California.

The software that Accept designs can capture ideas from brainstorm sessions and action items can be delegated. When a product is finished, Accept helps organize deployment requirements.

The investors involved in this round was led by StarVest Partners LP. Jefferson Partners and The Entrepreneurs Fund (TEF) also participated. There are also board members from The Entrepreneurs Fund and StarVest Partners on their Board of Directors. The press release is available here.

Passenger Rides the $12.5 Million (Series A+Series B) Train

Pa§enger LogoPassenger is a Software-as-a-Service company that allows customers to interact with their customers and announced today that they have raised $8.3 million. in Series B. According to Dan Beldy of Steamboat Ventures, Passenger allows “companies redefine their customer relationships by fundamentally changing the way consumers are able to communicate with their brands.”

Some of Passenger’s clients include ABC, Coca-Cola, and Sara Lee. These clients pay Passenger to set up networks for them and get the users to sign up via email invitations or banner ads. According to Red Herring, ABC Studios used Passenger software to “gather viewer opinions on the plotlines of Ugly Betty and Lost.

The Series B funding was led by Steamboat Ventures, Shelter Capital Partners, and StarVest Partners. The Series A round of funding was $4.2 million and was provided by Shelter Capital Partners.

Passenger enables clients to set-up live sessions where users can engage in conversation with brand reps. Passenger also allows easy to setup Discussions, Polls, Activities, Message Centers (allows members to exchange files), client dashboards, and a social network.
