The investors in this round include Amazon.com, Webroot, Summerhill Venture Partners, and Prism VentureWorks. Sonian will use the funding for research and development. Sonian currently has about 5,000 customers.

Vantrix is a mobile video optimization and delivery solutions company. Vantrix raised $14 million Series C in a financing round led by Tudor Ventures. Other investors include Summerhill Venture Partners, JK&B Capital, Innovacom Venture Capital, BDC Venture Capital, and Entrepia Ventures.
